You also have a right to request that we delete your customer account and any Personal Data we hold by contacting our data protection officer at dpo@beatboxdigital.co.uk. Please note that we may refuse this request if there is a legitimate reason to do so, for example where we have to comply with a legal or regulatory obligation or where we need Personal Data for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.

If you opt out of marketing communications we have to keep a record or such opt out to ensure that we don’t contact you in the future.

Opting out from Commercial & Web Site Communications If you have chosen to receive marketing and administrative emails from us, you may unsubscribe at any time by following the instructions contained within the email or by sending an email to the address provided in “10. How to Contact Us”.

Please be aware that if you opt-out of receiving email from us, you will no longer receive news of available updates or upgrades to any products you have previously purchased from Us.

5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

6. Minors and Children’s Privacy
